The Health & Fitness Industry is where I have always wanted to be. The fact I can help change peoples’ lives on a daily basis and make an impact in the community is extremely fulfilling for me. This industry is a complex one. There are so many facets to it and most people don’t know where to begin. This is where I come in.
My extensive knowledge and research has brought me to where I am today. By instilling the core principles I have learnt over the years with clients and helping them achieve whatever they set out to achieve, I’ve made ultimate lifelong changes in their lives.
My fitness background starts from a very young age. I played three sports semi-professionally and have played in three different countries. I was always intrigued by health and took the opportunity to further my study into it. My philosophies on training are pretty simple; the key pillars in my company are movement, mobility and nourishment. Those are the key aspects everyone should have in order to achieve whatever they set out to achieve.
I specialise in rehabilitation and that’s where my philosophies mainly originate from. Encouraging clients to move and feel invigorated, guide them on their own individual goals, and visualising the end result as part of a nurturing team is beyond satisfying.
